The ALIVE Podcast Network is the first black woman-owned non-exclusive impact podcast network founded by NAACP Image Award Nominated Producer Angel Livas.
The launch of the ALIVE Podcast Network coincides with the founder and producer, Angel Livas’ upcoming nomination from the NAACP Image Awards for her work on the hit podcast “Under Construction w/ Tamar Braxton.”
“This launch could not have been possible without our minority collaborative partners like Audiovybez, our music licensing partner, and Ximer.co our audio production company,” says Livas. “This network is intentional about driving impact byway of spreading information, sparking innovation, and sharing inspiration. However, we are conscious about providing a platform for diverse voices to be heard.”
The former reality TV star, Tamar Braxton and Livas joined forces in 2020 to create the show that allowed Tamar to heal out loud, and advocate for mental health awareness. Under Construction, which has been on hiatus for over-six months, is slated to return to the airwaves under the The ALIVE Podcast Network. The network is off to a fast start by producing its first original program “The Devil Is a Lie,” which was written and produced by Livas. The new show has already hit Apple Podcast charts several times since its release in late December 2021. The show with the risk-ay title is all about overcoming imposter syndrome and adversity.
