Audiovybez Exits Invite-Only Beta with 100+ Placements, Unveils New Approach to Independent Sync Representation
Audiovybez has officially launched version 2.0 of its platform, closing its invite-only beta with over 100 confirmed sync placements across film, television, and digital media.
LOS ANGELES, CA — Audiovybez, a tech-driven music licensing platform focused on independent rightsholders, has officially launched version 2.0 of its product, closing out its invite-only beta phase with more than 100 confirmed sync placements across film, television, and digital media.
Rethinking Traditional Sync Representation
Positioning itself as a modern alternative to traditional sync representation, Audiovybez aims to address longstanding inefficiencies in the licensing ecosystem; particularly for independent creators who often lack the infrastructure, relationships, and operational support needed to compete for placements.
Introducing the Fractional Sync Model
The platform operates as a tech-enabled “fractional sync department,” providing its users with tools and workflows designed to prepare music for licensing, streamline organization, and facilitate pitching opportunities. By emphasizing clearance readiness and standardized metadata practices, Audiovybez seeks to reduce friction for music supervisors while increasing the likelihood of placement for its users.
The launch comes at a time when the sync market continues to expand alongside the growth of streaming platforms, branded content, and unscripted media, creating increased demand for high-quality, pre-cleared music. However, access to those opportunities has remained largely relationship-driven and fragmented.
Audiovybez’s model combines software infrastructure with a curated network of creators, supervisors, and industry partners, with the goal of building a trusted pipeline of independent music that meets professional licensing standards.
According to the company, its beta traction; both in user adoption and placement activity, signals a growing appetite for more structured, scalable approaches to sync representation outside of traditional agency models.
“With Audiovybez, we’re building the infrastructure that independent artists have historically been missing in sync,” said Jason Grant, Founder and CEO of Audiovybez. “Artists shouldn’t have to choose between ownership and opportunity. We believe the future is about combining both; giving creators the tools and support they need to compete at a high level without giving up control.”
With the release of version 2.0, Audiovybez is expanding its platform capabilities and community features, positioning itself as part of a broader shift toward technology-enabled solutions in the music licensing space.
The platform operates on a tiered model designed to align with independent creators, offering a free plan where artists retain 80% of sync fees alongside access to pitching support and catalog management tools, as well as premium tiers that allow artists to keep 100% of their sync income while unlocking more advanced platform features.
